Tom has been teaching online classes for his own studio, the Yoga Center of Chico, since 2020 in response to the COVID pandemic. It went so well, we kept sending out recordings to those who asked. Then the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco asked Tom to teach a weekly online class from his home and he agreed. When the institute closed in 2024 Tom began teaching on his own and this website is to make the online classes more accessible to students and to get Tom's teaching to a wider audience.
